"To believe in something and not live it, is dishonest."
- Mahatma Gandhi

Traci Ippolito, MS MFT

Being a psychotherapist has always felt like a calling.

Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I spent ten years working in corporate marketing and elementary education. However my life-long interest in psychology compelled me to change careers and for the past 20 years I have dedicated myself to providing counseling for individuals and couples as well as continuously working on my own personal growth. I understand first-hand the experience of transformation and change that therapy can provide. I feel this process has allowed me to more effectively help others move toward greater satisfaction in their relationships, lives and careers.

I strongly believe that each of us has the inner strength and wisdom to overcome one’s most difficult challenges in life. Regardless of the struggles you face, therapy is an effective tool in promoting positive change and healing emotional wounds. I am deeply committed to empowering you to create the life and relationships you truly desire. When provided well, psychotherapy WILL be one of the most valuable investments of your life. I am passionate about my work and am truly dedicated to supporting you on your path of self discovery.

"This session just makes me realize how grateful I am for you and how much I appreciate you as my therapist! I feel so safe opening up to you and I've never had that, so thank you for making such a huge positive impact on my life❤️"
